  • Brief introduction to the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967. 

  • This will include an overview of: 
    – The intention of the Authorities behind introducing these legislations
    – The range of employees that the respective are applicable tot he relevant Government Departments (Intention, application,  relevant sections, relevant government departments, timelines for case, legal exposure)
