Cassie has experience in advising clients across a broad spectrum of employment law matters among other things, reviewing contracts of service, dismissal matters and compliance of labour law matters. Cassie is experienced in negotiating for companies to amicably part ways with the employees and has been involved in strategising for companies for a successful Mutual Separation Scheme (MSS).
Cassie was a practising civil litigation lawyer and a member of the Malaysian Bar prior to her consulting career at MECA.
