1. When and where will the MECA Convention 2026 take place?
The MECA Convention 2026 will be held on 7–8 October 2026 at Connexion Conference & Event Centre (CCEC), Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.

The Convention is designed for employers, business owners, HR practitioners, industrial relations professionals, managers, directors, and organisational leaders responsible for managing people, workplace risks, and employment decisions.
If you are involved in making, advising on, or implementing employment decisions within your organisation, this Convention is designed for you.
3. What makes this Convention different?
Unlike traditional conferences built around presentations and slides, the MECA Convention 2026 places delegates inside realistic workplace scenarios where critical employment decisions must be made under pressure.
Through dramatized case studies, expert commentary, panel discussions, and interactive learning experiences, delegates will explore not just what the law says, but how employer decisions play out in practice.
4. Are tickets available now?
Yes. Registration for the MECA Convention 2026 is now open.
As places are limited, we encourage interested delegates to secure their seats early. Early Bird rates and applicable discounts are available for a limited period only.
5. Can multiple representatives from the same organisation attend?
Yes. Organisations are welcome to send multiple representatives from HR, management, operations, and leadership teams to benefit from different perspectives and learning opportunities throughout the Convention.
6. Is the Convention HRD Corp claimable?
Yes. The MECA Convention 2026 is fully HRD Corp claimable, subject to HRD Corp’s prevailing terms, conditions, and approval requirements.
7. Are group discounts available?
Yes. Group discounts are available for organisations registering multiple delegates. Please refer to the registration page for the latest group pricing structure.
8. What is included in the registration fee?
The registration fee includes access to all Convention sessions across both days, Convention materials, refreshments, lunch, and networking opportunities throughout the event.
