This Isn't a Conventional HR Conference

This Convention goes beyond policies, procedures, and legal compliance.

Through dramatized workplace scenarios and live expert commentary, it examines why employees challenge decisions, why disputes escalate, and what employers can do before conflict reaches the courtroom.

The MECA Convention 2026 will be held on 7–8 October 2026 at Connexion Conference & Event Centre (CCEC), Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.
