1. What does this acquisition mean for existing customers of Eden Workforce Consulting?
Customers can expect the same high-quality service they have always received. This acquisition allows MECA to enhance our offerings and provide greater expertise to better serve our customers.
2. Will there be any immediate changes to my current contract or service agreement?
No, all existing contracts and agreements will be honored as originally agreed. Any future changes will be communicated well in advance.
3. Will there be any changes in pricing or billing?
At this time, there are no planned changes to pricing structures. If any updates occur, we will notify customers well in advance to ensure a smooth transition.
4. Who will be handling my account and providing services moving forward?
Your account will be managed by our experienced team of consultants. While none of the previous consultants from Eden Workforce Consulting will be transitioning to our firm, we have a highly skilled team ready to support your needs seamlessly.
5. Will there be any disruption to ongoing projects or services?
No, we have carefully planned this transition to ensure a seamless experience. Our team will stay in touch to ensure that all ongoing projects continue without interruption.
6. Will Eden Workforce Consulting continue to operate under its current name?
To ensure a smooth transition for clients, Eden will continue to operate under its current name for the immediate future. This will remain in place until all contracts can be transitioned to MECA.
7. How will this acquisition benefit customers?
The acquisition will allow us to introduce new services, improve operational efficiencies, and provide a broader range of expertise, ultimately delivering more value to our clients.
8. Will there be changes to the leadership or key personnel?
While we are integrating operations, the leadership team of the acquiring company will oversee the business moving forward. None of the previous owners or employees of Eden will be involved in the business post-acquisition.
9. What steps are being taken to ensure service continuity and quality?
We have developed a structured transition plan to minimize disruption. Our consultants are already familiar with the high standards expected, and we will ensure a smooth handover of all accounts.
10. Has MECA changed its general contact number?
Yes, MECA has officially updated its general contact number. Effective immediately, our new general line is: +6 03 2779 4227.
This change has been implemented to improve our call management system and ensure faster, more efficient communication.
